Directions
Fry the Kubbeh on high fire and then add it to the cooked yogurt.
Yogurt: In a saucepan, add 1kg of yogurt along with 1 tbsp of starch mixed with a small amount of cold water to the yogurt.
Place the saucepan on the stove and add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Keep stirring until it boils.
Add the Kubbeh to the yogurt and keep it on low heat for half an hour. Top with fried garlic at the end and turn off the fire after 1 minute.
