Directions
In a saucepan, add 1kg of yogurt. Next, add 1 tbsp of starch mixed with a small quantity of water to the yogurt.
Place the saucepan on the stove and add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Keep stirring until it boils. Add the Sheikh-al-Mukhshi to the yogurt and let it cook on low heat for half an hour or until the zucchini is cooked. Lastly, add in fried garlic and turn off the fire after 1 minute.
