Directions
In a saucepan, add the onion cut into rings, followed by tomatoes cut into rings, stuffed zucchini, and finally add in the vine leaves.
Sauce to cook with: Lemon juice, pomegranate molasses (optional), chicken broth, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Leave on low heat for 2-3 hours.
